All orders placed via this Website as well as its deliveries and services are governed exclusively by the General Terms and Conditions of Sales set out below, as applicable at the time the order is placed.

By submitting the order form provided on the Website, the user is placing a binding offer for a purchase contract. The user can submit an offer by entering all required information during the ordering process and posting the order form by using the button "complete purchase". If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund or to exchange for a different size or colour within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that exchanges are only possible within the European Union
If the consumer repeals a contract of purchase, the company is obligated to refund all payments that has received, excluding additional shipping costs and return shipping cost (unless products delivered are damaged or faulty). D’Aniello Boutique reserves the right to withhold the reimbursement until the returned items are received and until the company has verified that the items have been returned in the same conditions, they have been sent. This includes the following guidelines:
- Products should be returned unworn (other than to try them on), unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags;
- Hosiery should only be returned if it is unopened and is in its original package;
- Footwear and accessories should be returned in the original boxes and inside a protective shipping box;
If the consumer fails to comply with the above obligations, we may deduct from the refund an amount to reflect the diminished value of the goods up to its full price. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorising the return of the faulty Product(s) and paying for their return.
The items have to be sent back to danielloboutique.it immediately and no later than 14 days after the date on which the cancellation of this contract has been notified to us. An extended deadline will be granted only if expressly agreed in writing.

The written request should include the order number and the item code(s) of the goods to be returned and the reason for the return: refund or exchange for different size or colour. Returned items will be refunded, minus the original delivery costs. Refunds will be made as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted. If you paid for the order by credit card, the refund will be made within 10 days and will appear on your next statement. Processing times may vary depending on the credit card company. If you paid for your the order by bank transfer, the sum will be refunded into the same account. Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original payment. Exchange rate differences will not be accounted for in the refund.
2. EXCHANGE SIZE OR COLOUR
The exchange option are only possible within the European Union. Items may only be exchanged if a different size or colour of the same item code is available. It is currently not possible to exchange goods for different item codes. The new item will be dispatched as soon as the original order is returned and received. We can only exchange non-faulty items in their original condition that have not been worn, altered or washed and have all their original tags. The goods should be returned in a single parcel. All exchanges are sent using the same delivery service (DHL). We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from a single order, if they are sent at different times. Italy – European Union
Free returns. D’Aniello Boutique’s team will examine the case asap and email the consumer providing with a Returns Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA), that the consumer shall write down inside or outside the parcel, and the Air Waybill (AWB) that the consumer has to print out and attach to the outside of the parcel. There will also be a copy to give to the courier. The consumer can also save a copy of the AWB that can use to track the return shipment.D’Aniello Boutique reserves the right to ask for photo proof before authorizing the return of one or more faulty products.
Rest of the World – No EU countries
Delivery costs: the cost of returning goods is met by the customer unless the items were faulty or incorrect. D’Aniello boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been authorised and/or do not comply with the returns policy explained in detail online and in the email giving return instructions. D’Aniello boutique also reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorising the return of faulty goods and paying for their return to its premises. In the event of faulty goods or incorrect deliveries, D’Aniello boutique will bear the expense at no cost to the customer or will refund the costs incurred. D’Aniello boutique will not accept items that have already been washed, worn or altered for any reason. D’Aniello boutique reserves the right to inspect returned goods and assess the validity of the refund based on their condition.
D’Aniello boutique guarantees the authenticity of all Products purchased on the Site. D’aniello Boutique is not responsible in case the colors of the Products displayed on the Site present differences from the original ones, due to a particular configuration of the computer used by the Customer or a malfunctioning of it. All the intellectual property rights such as trademarks, service trademarks, images, design, music, video, software, codes and format scripts, are exclusive property of D’Aniello. If any product ordered is damaged or faulty when delivered or has developed a fault, the consumer has one or more legal remedies available, depending on when the problem is notified to us, in accordance with his legal rights. If the consumer claims, that he received a damaged or faulty product or that the product has developed a fault, he should inform us as soon as possible, preferably in writing, giving his name, address and order reference.
